That means every Dancey Donkey hat ships free, and you can also bundle smaller goodies together to hit the $60 minimum.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

• U.S. orders $60+: FREE standard shipping
• U.S. orders under $60: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We're happy to help where we can, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages marked as delivered or lost by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
